Registration Cancellation Policy:
- Full refund if cancelled within 30 days (no later than Sept. 8, 2019)
- 50% refund if cancelled within 15 days (no later than Sept. 25, 2019)
No refund after that but a person can be substituted if a delegate cannot make it.
